For our satellite connection in Lviv we want SMTP protocol not to disabled. Because we are not using a special SMTP address. We have different branches in alot of countries and all all them using different providers for e-mail. It’s not possible to make a list because sometimes our sub-contractors will come and will use our system temporarily. So we asking you to not to block any SMTP address.

And we want DHCP enabled for all our computers to accuire IP addresses automatically. Big part of our machine park are notebooks and they have to move another sites. Without automatic IP we have to change their IP addresses when they move. And it’s not a good solution.

We’ve ordered satellite connection for 512K we want to make it 1024K as soon as possible. Please send required documents for this upgrade we would like to prepare and sign them today.

We want to learn that, can we select and program MAC addresses that can enter the Internet in our _выкушено название оборудования__ reciever? We would like to arrange it in here if it’s possible?

And lastly we will be glad if you can give users guides for _выкушено название оборудования__ . We have same systems in some of our branches in other countries. We would like to manage them ourselves (I don’t remember that if we can control permissions for MAC addressess, if we can, this documents can help us)
